What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Deliveries are charged at flat rates, but that rate is determined where you stay. The price will confirm when you complete your order.

How long will delivery take?

Deliveries take 2 – 3 working days to deliver.

Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will go out for delivery on the following Monday morning.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We have an active SSL Certificate that is encrypted, your data is safe with us.

Are cookies being used on our website?

Yes, they are – a cookie stores some of your personal information, the contents of your shopping basket, and other information in an encrypted format.

We are situated at: 128 Siersteen Street, Silvertondale, Silverton, Pretoria.

I am struggling to make a payment on the online store?

Please send the next info to the following email if you need an invoice to make an EFT payment.

  • Colour of the Weelie you want to order
  • And or specify parts with applicable colour

Can I get my Weelie repaired at the factory?

Yes, you can. We carry a wide variety of spares. Why not opt to upgrade your Weelie and mix and match the colours.

Can I change my order once completed?

Can I cancel my order once completed?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please email us on sales@weelieshop.co.za

We will see what we can do! If your order has shipped, we will have to send our couriers to you to collect the unit and inspect it once we receive it at our warehouse. If the unit has no damages, we will gladly refund you for your purchase (We will however have to deduct the collection costs first).
